Beer Details

This is an authentic German-style lager that uses the soft water of the northern foothills of Mt. Fuji, drawn at an altitude of 1000 meters, to balance out the refreshing bitterness and sharpness with the rich flavor of malt. Three kinds of hops are added four times as needed during the boiling process, bringing out a fresh, floral, and slightly spicy aroma.

An ale made with over 50% wheat germ. A masterpiece from this brewery, which overturns common perceptions of beer as sharp or smooth-drinking, featuring clove and ester flavors reminiscent of banana derived from our unconventional use of fresh yeast. The extremely fine foam created by the yeast itself lingers in the mouth with a silky smooth feel.

A smoky flavored malt beer created from malted barley smoked with beech chips. From the moment it’s poured into a glass, it gives off a unique aroma like smoked delicacies, with its mild flavor enabling a wide range of pairing another standout point. This is our masterpiece, and it won the World Beer Cup and World Beer Awards in 2012.

An exquisite blend of 7 types of malt, such as using caramel and roasting for barley and wheat, respectively. A three-dimensional, complex aroma combining a hint of roasted coffee beans with a Weizen clove fragrance. Another distinctive feature is our unique brewing method, which constrains sourness and balances crispness with aromatic sweetness, thus improving drinkability.

This premium Pilsner, combining crisp bitterness with a faint citrus aroma, is made with a combination of three types of hops, including a Cascade from Hallertau, Germany. With an International Bitterness Units (IBU) rating of 55(!) while maintaining the distinctive rich malt flavor of German Pilsner, beyond its refreshing drinkability, this beer features the most powerful bitterness in the history of Fujizakura Heights Beer.

Based on the smoked Rauchbier style, this original formulation beer has been aged over a long period with increased amounts of malt. Its alcohol content is 7.0%. Aside from the rich, generous sweetness of malt in the mouth, another standout point is the fragrance of smoke and aromatic roasted malt. This world-renowned beer won Bronze at the World Beer Cup in 2010.

This bottom-fermenting style of beer is matured a little longer than usual after being brewed in March (“Marz” in German). Although characterized by a clear body, the soft caramel malty sweetness and restrained hoppy bitterness of this beer have resulted in dramatically enhanced drinkability.

A Weizen that uses Mandarina Bavaria, a new strain of German hops. Brewed as a single-hop beer to bring out the characteristics of the hops. Has a fruity, faintly sweet Weizen flavor with a citrus aroma like orange peel, creating a crisp, easy-to-drink beer.

A beer based on the Helles style, which is well loved in Munich, Germany. Features relatively low hop bitterness and malt flavor on the front end. Its smooth-drinking qualities are well received by those who usually don’t drink much beer. Three times awarded World’s Best Helles Münchner: once at the World Beer Awards in 2015, Twice at the World Beer Awards2017, followed by the World Beer Awards in 2020.

This is a full-body Doppelbock beer aged for more than 3 months, after twice as much malt as usual is added. Alcohol content is 8.0%. An evocative deep dark brown in appearance, it is characterized by a strong body and malt feel. On limited release by this brewery, this beer features an exquisite combination of layered malt sweetness and hoppy bitterness.

A Bock beer (Bock means “billy goat” in German) brewed during the Christmas season in the Bavaria region of Germany since long ago. In addition to its fruity flavor and spectacular ester aroma deriving from Weizen yeast, at 7% this beer is strong-bodied and enjoyable from the very first moment it hits your mouth.

Contains extravagant amounts of malt and uses Opal and Hersbrucker hops, among others. A lager with a luxurious feel, combining citrus aroma with bitterness and rich malt flavor in harmony.

This is our first-ever rye beer. It has a distinctive light, almost minty refreshing feeling from the use of light malt, top fermentation, and a crisp sourness derived from the malt.

A summer-only Weizen with enhanced drinkability and an emphasis on refreshing bitterness while maintaining a fruity aroma and flavor. Uses Perle hops from Germany and Zythos hops from the USA, often used for IPA.

Uses only Mosaic hops from the USA. A single-hop beer. Called Weizenbock, this style of beer features a distinctive spicy aroma with a comparatively high alcohol content.
